Becker + Becker's planning efforts are credited with saving the college over $10 million through identification of options for more effective adaptive re-use of existing structures in lieu of new construction. Role of Becker + BeckerBecker + Becker provided a two stage master plan, including an assessment of facilities conditions and program needs, and detailed planning of the college library, science building and dining hall. Becker + Becker developed budget estimates and an analytic framework for priorities of program needs based on this analysis. Becker + Becker scheduled a phased program of deferred maintenance and major capital improvements.
