Unique Aspects of the Project

This certified historic renovation received the 1995 Bard Award for its excellence in design. Program space is located throughout the building to foster interaction with social service staff. The project includes a penthouse dining room and roof gardens, and a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop providing employment training for residents.
